I had the good fortune recently of my company putting me up in the Premier Apartments in Hatton Gardens, Liverpool for 6 months. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the staff there. From the day staff who I dealt with mainly over the phone to the girls who worked the front desk of an evening. Always smiley, welcoming, extremely helpful and often very funny, they made my time spent in Liverpool, memorable and special.

I have since recommended Premier Apartments to many people and look forward to next staying in one myself if the customer service is of the same excellent standard.

I am not sure how the staff are trained at the Premier but it certainly works and the girls there could certainly teach many of the places I have stayed in (often much more expensive places!) a thing or two about customer service.

Once again, thanks for giving me an enjoyable 6 months and happy memories of my time in Liverpool.
